Miquel Gelabert, seventh in the highest category of TrialGP, announced a few days ago his retirement as a professional trial rider, citing the treatment of a mental illness and the absence of a competitive project for 2023.
Today, on the other hand, an important change of plans in the professional path of Miquel Gelabert is made public, which confirms his definitive retirement from trial and announces his new role as a Hard Enduro rider within the structure of Beta Trueba, with the support of 2 Temps.

Beta Trueba is pleased to announce the addition of Miquel Gelabert Roura as a driver for the 2023 season. However, the Girona native will do so as the last mainstay of the Esparraguera manufacturer in the Hard Enduro modality after a lifetime of fighting for copper in the main competitions of the trial world.
The new national signing of the official distributor in our country and Andorra of the Italian firm Beta will participate in the next RFME Spanish Hard Enduro Championship in the Senior Elite category. In addition, he will take part in some of the main national and international events on the specialty’s calendar, such as the Red Bull Abestone or the 24MX Hixpania.
In all of them, the Girona native will do so on the handlebars of the new RR Racing 2T 300 MY 2023; fine-tuning by 2 Temps Joan i Eduard Ullastres, official Beta Trueba dealer in Banyoles (Girona).
