Borja Conejos and Vera Barón from Madrid have been proclaimed winners of the penultimate round of the Spanish Trial Cup. The Madrid town of Guadalix de la Sierra hosted yesterday a race that had a sensational atmosphere and a huge participation, bringing together the main national figures of the modality.
In the women’s elite category, Vera Barón once again imposed her law and took the victory to continue with her full of triumphs in the national circuit. She was accompanied on the podium by Laia Esquis, second, and Irene Caminos, third.
Borja Conejos broke Alejandro Montalvo’s impeccable winning streak in this Spanish Cup in Guadalix de la Sierra. Conejos took the victory ahead of Daniel Barón, second, and Montalvo himself, third, but who continues as leader of the national circuit.
The final event of the contest will take place on October 15 in Estella-Lizarra (Navarre).
