Despite the fact that we are on the verge of a gradual deconfinement and professional riders begin to return to practice from today, the FIM has announced further postponements to the Trial World Championship calendar.
In addition to the initial postponements of the GPs of the Czech Republic, Japan and Andorra, the Italian and British GPs are now added.
NEW POSTPONEMENTS
The Italian GP was scheduled to take place on July 4 and 5 in the Italian town of Tolmezzo. And a week later, between the 10th and 12th of the same month, the British GP in Tong. Both will not take place, at least not on the scheduled dates.
With this situation, and with no dates of possible relocations specified, the 2020 Trial World Championship remains with only two GP points: France and Spain. The first of these should be held in August, while the second, to be held in Pobladura de las Regueras (León), will be in September.
