Vertigo Vertical 2020

The new Vertigo Vertical 2020 is the result of five years of evolution and production on its assembly lines. The Vertical 2020 range remains in the catalogue with interesting technical innovations and the arrival of a fourth displacement: 200cc, which joins the 125cc, 250cc and 300cc.

Competing at the highest level and having a portfolio of truly luxury drivers such as Dougie Lampkin, Jaime Busto, Jorge Casales or Berta Abellán among others, allows Vertigo to continue developing a 2-stroke injection engine that is already several steps ahead of the competition. For 2020, its dry and wet maps have been optimised again thanks to the data collected throughout the 2019 season, incorporating some improvements that have further increased the competitiveness of both variants to conceive a balanced engine for both amateur and higher level riders.

2020 VERTIGO VERTICAL ENGINE ADVANCEMENTS

These advances in the engine section are perfectly linked to the redesign of the clutch spring preload, which has achieved a very noticeable improvement in feel and allows to substantially increase control over the bike, giving the rider absolute power within the area. It is now much easier to achieve a response from the bike in line with what the rider had in mind before making the move, generating greater confidence to face any obstacle with determination.

Especially striking are the hubs on the 2020 Vertigo Vertical. Their anodized red is a detail that definitely increases the visual power of the whole, but no less important is the fact that for the first time they have been a work of Vertigo engineering, which has carried out the entire design and production process. The result is an exclusive component with specific characteristics for the Vertical 2020, which allows to increase the overall performance of the motorcycle thanks to its CNC machining and weight reduction.

CYCLE PART AND RENEWED AESTHETICS

The Reiger shock absorber is another key to making the Vertical one of the most versatile and maneuverable motorcycles on the market. Multiple adjustment options allow the user to customise their parameters and adapt them to their riding priorities, resulting in a much more satisfying and enjoyable driving experience. The Tech multi-adjustable fork and the new design of the plates follow the same line.

The aesthetic section is once again one of the aspects on which Vertigo has placed the most emphasis. The Vertical 2020 incorporates a matte decoration in which the color green predominates, applied in two shades that end up merging with the gray composition of the rear fender. This matte finish, in addition to transferring a much more attractive look, provides greater resistance to the elements, prolonging the visual quality of the motorcycle for longer. Both greens also appear on the chassis, which this time is bathed in an ochre green that enters into an attractive play of contrasts with the anodized red of the hubs, the screws or the side covers of the radiator.
The Vertigo Vertical 2020 also features new aesthetics on the handlebars, where we find a new Vertigo protector to match the rest of the bike.

NEW VERTIGO VERTICAL 200 2020

As we mentioned in the first paragraph, the big news for 2020 is the new 200cc, a motorcycle that combines the best of the 250cc and the 125cc to create a tremendously seductive mix that will be very difficult to resist. Its agility and great power, despite being a small engine, make it a very attractive option for any trial lover, who will experience with it the fun of a smaller displacement motorcycle and the extra touch of nerve of a more capable engine. The 200cc can be tested along with the rest of the Vertical 2020 line at the Vertigo Test Days that will take place at the Hotel Puig Francó and the Noassar Trial Area on September 27, 28 and 29.
