The 2019 UCI Trials Championship kicked off, which this year has three competitions on the calendar, the first being held in Austria, with victory for Alejandro Montalvo in the 20″ category and Jack Carthy in the 26″ category. In the case of the women, the victory went to the Spaniard Vera Barón.
The biketrial race took place in the middle of heavy rain that forced the riders to give their best in their riding to fine-tune precision and traction.
The next race of the 2019 UCI Trials Championship will take place between August 23 and 25 in Val Di Sole (Italy), and the season will close from October 11 to 13, also in the transalpine country, specifically in the town of Il Ciocco.
