boots is in the closure system. The traditional closures are completely dispensed with to give way to a new Boa® adjustment system, through which with a comfortable spinner located on the back we can adjust our foot to the millimetre. It is a system that stands out for its ease of use, lack of maintenance and that also has a lifetime warranty from Boa®.
STEEL CABLE FOR ADJUSTMENT
The key to the adjustment system is in the steel cable, which after tensioning is responsible for distributing all the pressure along the entire foot, guaranteeing a perfect fit on every occasion, as well as the maximum tightness of the boot.
The Hebo Tech Comp trial boots are made of microfiber with high resistance to friction and cutting. It is lighter than natural leather and does not absorb water, so in wet conditions the boot does not accumulate more weight.
The structure is complemented by a redesigned sole that has been studied down to the smallest detail, as can be seen with its reinforcement in critical areas, such as the support of the footpegs or the rear brake area. In addition, we see how the tread pattern is changing along the sole to ensure optimal mud evacuation and grip in the most demanding conditions.
TRIAL BOOTS WITH QUALITY AND COMFORT
The Trialworld team has tested the new Hebo Tech Comp boots with BOA system for several days and the result could not be more satisfactory.
First of all, because of the simplicity of its use. Traditionally, the fit of the other closure systems is not perfect and due to haste or aging we do not always have a perfect fit in our boots. The BOA system solves all these problems in the simplest way, as it is not a system with memory and always forces you to adjust the boot to the millimetre. On the plus side, it only takes a few seconds to achieve that perfect fit.
How to take off your boots? Simply pull gently on the back of the boots and release the closure system, allowing them to open completely.
How does the locking system work? To adjust the boots, you only need to turn the rear wheel until you feel comfortable. We will see how the steel cable that surrounds the boot begins to tighten and the fastening is almost millimetric. Finally, we will put the Velcro adjustment of the upper part.
Once on the bike, the new Hebo Tech Comp Boots feel like a glove from the first ride, standing out for their great ergonomics and compromise between firmness and comfort. In short, they have everything you could ask for in a state-of-the-art trial boot.
