Previous Spanish Trial Championship in Mancor de la Vall (Mallorca)

For the second time in its history, the Balearic town will host a round of the SPEA RFME Spanish Trial Championship. It will be the second event of 2017; first for the TR1 category.

The SPEA RFME Spanish Trial Championship 2017 will visit the municipality of Mancor de la Vall in its second scoring event. Located in the Sierra de Tramuntana on the island of Mallorca and with just over 1,300 inhabitants, this small town will pick up the baton from the Balearic town of Sant Joan, the site of the CET for the last two seasons.
It will be the second time that Mancor de la Vall has hosted the top Spanish competition. The first time, in 2003, and he did it with the help of the Motor Club Cop De Gas.
The overall victor? The British Dougie Lampkin, who would eventually become Spanish Champion in Senior A that year, ahead of Japan’s Takahisa Fujinami, second, and England’s Graham Jarvis, third. In total, its participants had to complete 15 sections to overcome in two laps.
On March 18 and 19, 2017 it will be the Moto Club Zona Gas who will take on the challenge of organizing this new event of the SPEA RFME Spanish Trial Championship. However, on this occasion, 15 seasons later, there will be a total of 12 zones in charge of testing the registered riders. Along with TR1, a level that debuts here, the TR2, TR3, TR4, Junior and Cadet categories are also called.
The Town Hall of Mancor de la Vall will be the starting and finishing point of the race.
