The Madrid Motorcycling Federation has decided to create a video that explains in detail the breakdown of a federation license, also addressing the delicate issue of insurance and how a federation, which is a non-profit entity, is financed.
Whether we agree or not with the explanation of the video, we must reward the initiative to explain such sensitive aspects for the amateur who seeks a legal and regulated practice of the dirt bike.
