, the Girona brand had in mind to launch a more exclusive and emblematic product to complete its trial range.
The new model does not receive the Factory nomenclature as expected, but will go by the name Gas Gas TXT GP.

The new Gas Gas GP Trial incorporates important novelties both mechanically and in terms of the chassis part.
The engine receives a Boyessen reed box and improvements to its cylinder head to make it easier to adapt the carburetion to the different heights and demands of the terrain. To this end, Gas Gas will provide its customers with a range of two compression options for each of the displacements.
The suspension equipment has also been upgraded. The new Gas Gas TXT GP 2017 is equipped with an adjustable Tech fork at the front and a
three-way Reiger shock at
the rear.
Also noteworthy is the new filter box made entirely of carbon fibre.
The model is completed with a skid plate signed by Geco, as well as reinforced cooling hoses, as well as Renthal handlebars and grips.
The livery of the Gas Gas GP Trial is also exclusive and features a side plate on its frame with the limited serial number engraved.
The price of the Gas Gas TXT GP 2017 is €7,200 and will be available with 125, 250, 280 and 300cc engines.
