The 2016 Sherco Factory has just been unveiled. As usual every season, the Factory version represents a limited edition that is filled with higher-end components than the standard model. It therefore symbolises the maximum exponent of
Sherco
in Trial in terms of performance, exclusivity and quality.

ENGINE
Piston: Forged and manufactured by VERTEX.
Stock: S3, with detachable stock, anodized in black.
Clutch: SURFLEX R clutch.
Crankcases: Specific protective treatments.
Exhaust: New elbow diameter for improved power at low revs.
CDI: New double-spark CDI HIDRIA.
CYCLE PART
Aluminium fork: The fork has been manufactured by the brand TECH. 100% aluminum, currently the lightest on the market.
Öhlins shock: New setting, new buffer.
Crankcase protector: Extremely light and resistant, made of 7075-T6 aluminum, its profile allows it optimal grip in the most difficult conditions.
Rims: Manufactured by MORAD, anodized Bright Blue, its machining allows to lighten the set.
Crown: Signed by ZF/OXIA and equipped with a FIM protector.
Running boards: Manufactured by S3, in anthracite grey forged aluminium (HARD ROCK model), of high quality and finish.
Tires: Michelin X-LITE tires.
Brakes: BRAKTEC braking system coupled with powerful GALFER discs.
Front Wheel Axle: Lightened
Steering Axle Nut: Lightened
Man overboard device: OXIA, FIM approved.
AESTHETICS
Rims: Bright blue anodized, hub and two fluorescent yellow spokes (indicating valve location).
Plastics: Black, which give an elegant image to the bike.
Black finishes: Plates, fork bridge and cylinder head.
Anthracite grey finishes: Running boards, eccentrics, brake, clutch and chain tensioner caps.
Decoration kit: New and exclusive for the new Sherco Factory 2016 model. The fluorescent yellow enhances and dynamizes the lines of the bike.
Handlebar: OXIA handlebar finished in satin white. New fluorescent blue and yellow protector.
Sherco offers with this 2016 Factory model, the best of its trial knowledge; The result of more than 15 years of experience at the highest level. The Factory will be manufactured in limited series in 125cc, 250cc and 300cc.
