Adam Raga’s brace in Andorra

Adamraga Andorra2015The sixth Grand Prix of the season, held in Andorra, ended with a double victory for Adam Raga, who thus adds his third consecutive victory ahead of a Toni Bou who continues to lead the provisional standings with an advantage of 28 points.

Just a week after visiting the French town of Aldon, located in the French Alps, the riders of the world championship travelled to Sant Julià de Loire to once again compete in a race at altitude where physical performance was once again decisive. The route, according to the first classified, could be classified as medium difficulty, thus favoring that the scores were tight and with few concessions to errors.

Adam Raga once again brought out the best in himself and signed two very important victories that keep him alive in the fight for the title. The paradox of the weekend was to see the only Gas Gas in the World Pro category, without the support or structure of the factory, ahead of great monsters such as the Repsol Honda Team.

On the first day it was Jeroni Fajardo who accompanied Raga and Bou on the podium, also highlighting the sensational fifth place of Jorge Casales, recently recovered from an injury.

On the second day of competition it was Albert Cabestany who managed to get on the podium together with the winner, Adam Raga, and Toni Bou as second classified.

The seventh round of the World Trial Championship will take place on July 25 and 26 in the United States.
