We are contacting all of you to let you know the current situation of the company.
As you all know, during the last few months the company has gone through different legal processes in order to renegotiate the debt and be able to continue with the activity, unfortunately, despite the effort made to achieve this objective, it has been impossible to achieve it and finally the bankruptcy of Gas Gas Motos SA has been declared.
Within this process, the current management team, the insolvency administration and the works council as representatives of all the workers, are working to speed up as much as possible all the information necessary to start the process of selling the production unit and to be able to close the sale process with potential buyers as quickly as possible.
The objective set with the sale of the production unit is to be able to reactivate the activity of Gas Gas Motos that will allow us to produce our motorcycles again, both trial and enduro, as well as guarantee the viability of a long-term project in a sustainable and solid way.
During the time that the sale process of the production unit lasts, we will make our maximum efforts to guarantee the level of service in the spare parts area as well as in the after-sales department in order not to penalize our customers during this difficult stage for Gas Gas.
