It’s been a long time since the No. 1 brand in motorcycle trial accessories and clothing, Jitsie, decided to take the step into the world of bike trial. From that moment until we were able to present this range designed exclusively for trials, months of development have passed.

This range, destined to become the benchmark when it comes to dressing for our sport, was called with the nickname “Airtime”.
We have been lucky enough to be able to test, not only the shirt, gloves and pants, but also the shoes that will soon see the light and that promise to become one of the strongest candidates for the best trial shoes.
The range, available in black with white touches and black with red touches, is made from hyper-light fabrics. The Belgian brand has based the creation of its “Airtime” range on two pillars: weight and comfort.
Starting with the t-shirt, it is available as we have said, in two versions if we refer to the colors and in long or short sleeves. Its weight is really low and it is made on two types of fabrics with tremendous breathability. In the long-sleeved t-shirt, the cuffs fit snugly on the wrists and the t-shirts give a really great feeling of lightness and comfort.
Speaking of pants, the guys at Jitsie have once again used different compounds in terms of fabrics. The finishes are absolutely exquisite, as can be seen in the zippers, hooks or final finishes of the set. For the waist, they have opted for a kind of belt that is “hidden” in the back of the trousers and that is attached to the waist by Velcro. A really good solution, with a very progressive adjustment and with a lot of margin, something to take into account when evaluating its comfort. The fabric, as we have said, is really light and thin. Made of two types of materials, the “Airtime” pants will never stop when folded and will give us a feeling of total comfort.
Gloves are undoubtedly one of the products that have surprised us the most and you may wonder, and the rest don’t? In fact, only in the rest they have created a range thinking exclusively about the characteristics of the sport (something that no brand had done until now) and in the gloves they had to get something better than what already existed. To put it another way, having done such a good job in their other accessories, would they be able to leave us with the same taste in our mouths after having tried all kinds of gloves? The response was quick and clear; YES.
AIRTIME GLOVES
Jitsie has shaped the wishes of every trial rider and his gloves are truly brutal. With a sublime feel and really good ventilation, they have chosen to use up to 5 different types of fabrics in order to get the perfect glove. They have a velcro closure made of rubber and with the brand and name of the range embossed also in this material. On the palms they are thin, so that they offer a very good feeling at all times with respect to the handlebars.
Another point to take into account have been their finishes on the tips of the fingers, since they have solved a point that usually breaks in all gloves, joining the tissue of the palm directly with that of the upper part of the hand, a solution that will give much more life and that rounds off very good gloves and that, Like the T-shirts and pants, they will be available in two color ranges.
AIRTIME SHOES
The sneakers are the last component that completes the range and will be available in about 2 months. They have a long development period and several tests with prototypes in order to achieve the best possible product.
Their weight is 340 grams each and they are made of a material that has great resistance. The interiors have been tremendously cared for and the ankle of the crank is protected from shocks. Its way of adjustment combines laces and velcro so its support to the foot is more than guaranteed. As for the sole, Jitsie has opted for the Davos sole and has included two thicknesses. Without a doubt, it is one of the best options for our sport since both in dry and wet conditions it gives great grip. A very important point to take into account is its finishes. The shoes are made in a perfect way and you won’t find any wrinkles, peeled pieces or glue anywhere on it.
