Previous XX II Days of Trial Ibiza Island

ibiza_trial_logoxxThis year we arrive at the XX edition of the internationally recognized II Days of Trial Island of Ibiza, which we want to take advantage of to make it a great party for all trial drivers.

The race, as in its previous editions, will be held during the long weekend of the constitution on December 7, 8 and 9 in the municipality of Sant Antoni de Portmany.

For this XX Edition, changes are being prepared in the route and many surprises such as the realization of a kick start test on Friday 7 in the afternoon on the beach of the bay of Sant Antoni, more trophies by categories, participation by teams or motorcycle clubs.

The paddock of the race will be located on the promenade of San Antonio, with a closed park for motorcycles and the start will be given from it.

The route will start in San Antonio with a fairly varied route of mountains and coast, of great beauty and “very trial” like the previous editions. The The route is approximately 40 km long. and 25 zones will be carried out daily, with the typical midday stop for lunch and a little rest, which will take place in Cala Salada.

CHARACTERISTICS

It is a test suitable for pilots of all levels , each rider being able to choose at which level they want to compete, since there are 5 different colors: Black (very high level), Red (high level), blue (medium high level), yellow (medium low level and classic) and green (basic level, women and classics).

In each category, the classifications will be separated by color and category within them (cadet, youth, junior, Senior, VeteranA and VeteranB)

There are also two categories for classic motorcycles (yellow and green) and one for women, which is the third year that there are already registrations and we hope that it will continue to increase.

We have created another team category, in which teams of 3 drivers can be signed up in the same color and the points of the three participants will be added.

bou_ibiza-5There is another classification by Motoclubs , for which the best rider of the Motoclub in each color will be taken into account, so in order to participate you must have a rider in each of the first 4 categories: green, yellow, blue and red

Continuing with the philosophy of this test, what we are trying to do is to get everyone to pass A couple of days in the company of friends who share a common passion and enjoy motorcycles, as well as being able to compete alongside world-renowned riders as you have been able to do in previous editions (Jordi Tarrés, Albert Cabestany, Marcel Justribó, Jordi Pascuet, Josep Manzano, Pere Borrelles, James Duxbury, Carles Casas, Pol Tarres and many others).

In addition, for this XX anniversary, we are in contact with legendary world-class pilots who have already participated in the event so that they come this year and be able to see them in action again.

An effort is also being made for the official houses to travel to Ibiza and give support to the participating riders, we will soon confirm those who will be in Ibiza.

For the riders who want to stay a few days after the race, as we did last year, we are preparing a series of excursions, courses and trial activities for you to enjoy our wonderful island.
