2012 is going to be a year of very important changes as far as Trial is concerned. In addition to the 2012 ranges already presented, such as Sherco, Gas Gas, Beta, Scorpa and Montesa, we already know the shapes of this ambitious project. Here you have a complete gallery of images.
In Milan, the long-awaited JTG by Jordi Tarrés was also presented, as well as the Ossa Explorer, a concept very much in the style of what we know as Trial – excursion with the same engine as the TR 280i. The big surprise was after learning that Ramón Puente, CEO of Gas Gas, plans to Begin series production of the prototype of an electric trial motorcycle, which will be called TXT 4820. The project has been developed by the German company Eta-Motors in collaboration with Gas Gas.
Just a few months ago Raga starred in a beautiful video in the Valley of Silence, in the region of El Bierzo, on the back of an electric Gas Gas. The Girona-based firm says that it is already working on 20 units of this version in stock and has sold approximately 200 more in markets such as Germany, Austria or Sweden, which are very strongly committed to everything related to electric mobility.
