Jaime Busto and Jeroni Fajardo with Gas Gas in 2018

Just a few weeks ago we released the news that Jeroni Fajardo is very close to signing with Gas Gas, something that everyone already takes for granted, while its place in Vertigo will be taken by Jorge Casales, who is already training with his Combat and did not compete in the previous round of the Spanish Championship.
Now the protagonist is
Jaime Busto
, the revelation rider of the 2017 season and current third place in the TrialGP World Championship. Jaime’s contract with Montesa expired at the end of this season and, although his good results and consolidation as a title contender placed him back as a Montesa rider, the surprise came a few days ago when Jaime seems to have opted for a change of course in his sporting career.
Although official sources have not commented, Jaime would have already made the decision to get out of his
Montesa Cota 4RT
and get behind the controls in 2018 of a Gas
Gas TXT GP
, with which he would compete in both the
X-Trial
World Championship, the
TrialGP World Championship
and the Spanish Trial Championship.
The scheduled debut for Jaime Busto, who would be teammates of Jeroni Fajardo and James Dabill at Gas Gas, is scheduled for December 16 in the French town of Vendée.
