Jaime Busto is the most in-form rider in the championship, after Toni Bou, and therefore one of the most rising talents. With Vertigo he has achieved two Spanish Championship titles, the runner-up position in TrialGP 2022 and the third final position in the X-Trial World Championship.
After this fruitful idyll, it is time for Jaime Busto to seek new sporting challenges, for which he will join the official GASGAS team (not officially confirmed) to fight for the world title in 2023.

“Vertigo and Jaime Busto have decided to part ways temporarily after four years of sporting successes that are difficult to surpass, culminating in a fantastic 2022 season with victories in TrialGP, X-Trial and obtaining the absolute victory in the Spanish Championship and the World Runner-up.
Jaime Busto joined the Vertigo project in mid-2019. Since then, his progression as a rider has been boosted by the evolution and performance of the different Vertigo models, with a clear turning point after the arrival of the Nitro, a bike that has established itself as the best two-stroke trial machine in the world.
This fruitful partnership has led Vertigo to achieve a total of 14 podiums and 1 overall victory (Hospitalet de l’Infant 2022) in the TrialGP World Championship over four seasons, culminating this stage with the runner-up in the world championship. In the X-Trial World Championship, he also achieved an overall victory and the third final position in the championship. At the national level, the two Spanish TR1 Championships achieved consecutively in 2021 and 2022 stand out, seasons in which Vertigo has never been off the podium and has achieved 8 victories.
