Gas Gas announces the signing of Jorge Casales, who will be the spearhead rider for the Girona brand in the highest category of the Trial World Championship and the Spanish Trial Championship.
After the departure of Jaime Busto to Vertigo and
Jeroni Fajardo to Sherco
, the Gas
Gas
team has recomposed itself with the incorporation of one of the strongest talents on the current scene, the Galician rider
Jorge Casales
.
This addition is announced just one day after
KTM’s presentation at the EICMA Milan Motor Show of the new Gas Gas TXT 2020
, which represents the first edition to be born under the arm of the Pierer Mobility AG alliance.
ABOUT JORGE CASALES
Jorge Casales, with seven years of experience in the Trial World Championship, is undoubtedly one of the best and most talented athletes of the new generation of trial riders. Today he is the second youngest rider on the TrialGP grid.
As a GasGas rider, Jorge won the European Trial Championship in 2010, was Spanish TR2 Champion in 2011, and Junior World Champion in 2013. Now, he returns home to add to his trophy cabinet.
His debut with GasGas will take place at the opening round of the X-Trial World Championship in Reunion Island on November 16.
