Jaime Subirà continues to work magic on iconic models in the history of trial.
In his case, as a great specialist in Fantic, he continues on his path of looking for new technical solutions to customize and optimize the operation of these classic trial bikes. A format in which current technology serves as a basis for improving machines that were already competitive at the time.
HOW PREPARED IS THIS FANTIC TRIAL 240?
It’s not the first time that Jaime Subirà’s bike has passed through Trialworld. In this Fantic Trial 240 project in anthracite color we already saw interesting technical evolutions both in the cycle and mechanical part.
ONE STEP FURTHER
This unit takes the maximum preparation of Subirà Classic. One of the key points at a mechanical level is the incorporation of an electronic ignition with three power maps, which allows the response of the engine to be adapted to the circumstances of the terrain or the needs of the rider himself.
The magnetic flywheel cover has also been machined redone, giving an absolutely spectacular look of cleanliness and elegance.
The engine also plays with compression and adds a second ring to the piston.
To achieve more power and better response, a new complete exhaust system is installed, which together with the preparation of the engine achieves greater feel and torque, while at the same time achieving more stretching of the gears.
All of the above is accompanied by a pioneering system in the world of variable inertia. An invented and patented inertia system that expands with the turns, achieving a more agile bike in low gear and with more inertia in high places, which help to climb obstacles.

CYCLE PART
The brakes are an aspect of profound improvement, maintaining the original drum system of the time. To this end, work is being done on more than 20 sections that, in combination, generate more power and progressivity in both trains.
The suspensions have also been thoroughly worked on. As for the fork, a new cartridge developed in collaboration with Andreani MHS has been installed, also modifying the friction system of the bars, with parameters that are used in current forks. In short, the result is an original aesthetic and modern demeanor.
Agile shock absorbers and tubeless rims are installed at the rear. The preparation is completed with a work of aesthetics and other components supplied by suppliers such as Gribace Parts or Delay.
