The multi-champion is emerging as one of the three finalists for the award announced by El Periódico de Catalunya that will be presented on May 22
After being included in the initial list of candidates for popular proposal, Laia got enough votes to be among the 10 candidates for the prestigious award. As the day of the designation approaches, the list is reduced according to the number of votes, while the pilot of Gas Gas and KH-7 remains among the top positions.
Only the three most voted will be on Tuesday 22nd at the final gala and will be those who have achieved the highest number of votes before Thursday 17th. When the identity of those chosen is made public, a new voting period will be opened, from 19 to 22 May, which will be the final one and will serve to decide the ‘Català de l’Any 2011’.
