The Spanish Trial GP will be held behind closed doors and with new regulations

This coming weekend the Spanish Trial Grand Prix will be held in Pobladura de las Regueras, León, the third and fourth scoring races for the 2020 Trial World Championship.

Motorcycle Trial Offers
After the organisational disaster of the
French Trial
GP, where the first lap had to be cancelled when practically all the riders exceeded the scheduled time, several things have been reconsidered for this Spanish GP:
1) There is no time control in the fifth zone.
2) The three laps of ten zones are maintained, instead of two laps of fifteen zones of last year
3) There is no qualifying, and the order is determined by reversing the classification on the last day of the race. For example, Adam Raga will start last on Saturday.
We spoke live with Titos Presa, president of the Motoclub Pobladura R and organizer of the event. Titos told us that no area of the last Spanish Trial Championship has been repeated, and he also told us that there would be 50% of areas in rivers.

IT WILL BE BEHIND CLOSED DOORS

Regarding the organization, it will be completely behind closed doors and no one will be able to access the paddock before Friday morning, at which time the protocols for taking temperature and registering to access the parking point will begin. On the same Friday, the riders will have, according to categories, 1.5 hours to train and fine-tune their bikes.
The Spanish GP will be held over a double day and only a few very specific passes will vary, so in general we will have two very similar races during this weekend.
From a sporting point of view, the spotlight is on
Toni Bou’s fitness after his ailments at the French GP
