Vertigo announces the departure of Arnau Farre from the team

Arnau Farrè announced on his social networks the imminent departure from the Vertigo Motors team, where he was driving a Vertigo Vandal. Arnau seriously injured his knee at the last XTrial in Barcelona and continues his recovery. Below is the brand’s official statement.
Vertigo Motors regrets to have to inform that, for purely and exclusively industrial reasons, it has decided to terminate the contract that linked the young rider Arnau Farré with the brand. From the factory we want to make it very clear that Farré’s skills and expectations for growth as a professional rider are beyond doubt, and have not been the reason for this outcome.
The hiring of the driver was specifically linked to the development of the Vandal model and, for promotional purposes, this was going to be the vehicle with which he had to compete in the different competitions. However, due to product development issues, the brand has decided to temporarily stop its launch in the campaign, and with it, not be present with this model in the TrialGP World Championship and the Spanish Championship from now on.
We must also inform that the brand has proceeded to compensate the pilot with the amount stipulated in the current contract, thus giving him the opportunity to be able to look as quickly as possible for new challenges and projects in other brands or structures as soon as possible.
We wish Arnau Farré all the best and that he can continue his promising career as a professional driver.
