Beta Motor presents the new Beta EVO Factory 2022, the top-of-the-range model of the Italian brand and one of the great references in the trial market.

As every year, in the Factory version, Beta presents an ” upgrade” of components and “set up” that affect both the chassis and its mechanics, both at the 2-stroke and 4-stroke level.

The 2022 Beta EVO Factory goes into production this March and is now available at retailers such as the Trialworld Store.

BETA EVO FACTORY 2022

The engine is one of the strengths of the Beta EVO, as demonstrated by reliability and performance.

Compared to the standard Beta EVO MY 2022, this Beta EVO Factory MY 2022

incorporates interesting new features that have an impact on both its 2-stroke mechanics and the 4-stroke Beta EVO.

WHAT’S NEW IN BETA EVO FACTORY 2022 2 Strokes

– Black magnesium crankcase. This component, with a highly attractive design, guarantees a significant reduction in weight, all to the benefit of driving agility.

– Titanium exhaust manifold. It allows you to increase performance compared to the standard model and at the same time reduce weight (it has a conical connection with the cylinder only 125 cc).

– Edged clutch discs. Specifically made to have a precise and manageable clutch in all conditions, to improve management in the most advanced repeated actions, such as the one-wheel jumps of modern driving, achieving precision in every movement.

– Cylinder with optimized diagrams. It enhances the sporty spirit of the engine, increasing its consistency and responsiveness, without affecting the usability of power delivery.

– Stock with specific volume and squish (only 300 cc). To take performance a step further, the 300’s cylinder is combined with a more refined cylinder head to create an ultra-high-performance package. The red paint also helps to enhance the bike’s factory aesthetic.

– Optimized PBX maps. They guarantee an excellent response at low revs, without sacrificing maximum performance at medium-high revs.

– Black anodized engine oil caps.

Where Beta Motor has placed special emphasis for this new range is on profoundly improving the chassis part. Specifically, the differences between the standard Beta EVO and the Beta EVO Factory are:

– Fork modified in elastic progression and compression adjustment. The increased progressivity of the hydraulic system provides advantages in both shock absorption and thrust before obstacles.

– Monoshock with optimised spring guide geometry and red spring. Also for the monoshock, the logic of the intervention has been to improve the absorption of large impacts, to help the rider in the most complex conditions. This is possible thanks to the greater deformability of the block, which has a greater space for expansion, and the different adjustments in extension and compression.

– Arm progression. The suspension arm is designed to give traction to the bike and great sensitivity to the rider.

– Steering posts made of a single piece anodized in gold. They ensure stiffness and lightness, while allowing you to move the handlebar bridges back and forth to find the ideal riding position.

– Safety switch for pull-out shutdown. For maximum safety while driving.

– Chain adjusters, handlebar caps and footpegs anodized in black. The latter provide weight reduction, durability and a better grip of the boot thanks to the non-slip steel temples.

– Custom red silicone radiator tubes. They contribute to better cooling of the bike and give it a racing look.

– Galfer sports brake discs. They offer high stopping power and, thanks to their extreme lightness, contribute to reducing the suspended masses of the bike, which improves handling.

– BrakTec brake and clutch master cylinders.

– Rear brake caliper with anti-vibration pad system.

– Excel Gold Rims.

– Michelin X-light tyres. For maximum grip in any situation.

– New Beta EVO Factory 2022 aesthetics. As usual, the last model year is accompanied by a new look of the vehicle, so that it is always at the highest level, even in terms of style. The Evo Factory MY 22 relies on a combination of red, blue and white, which, together with the red hydroformed frame and black and gold accents, create an uncompromising aesthetic.

Beta Evo Factory 2022 4-stroke

Even the Beta EVO 4-stroke in Factory configuration receives a number of improvements over the standard Evo valves. The electronic control unit has greater electrical power, which translates into greater spark stability and better combustion at all speeds. In addition to the increased features available, the Evo Factory also features a lightweight, high-performance titanium muffler.
